Baking mixture ingredients: rice flour*, raw cane sugar*, cornstarch*, semolina*, corn flour*, baking powder* (cornstarch*, acidifying agent: potassium tartrate¹, raising agent: sodium carbonate), sweet lupine flour*, thickening agent: carob bean gum*, 0.4% powdered lemon juice* (lemon juice*, maltodextrin*), 0.3% powdered lemon*, Himalayan salt², emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*, < 0.1% lemon oil*.

Lemon icing mixture ingredients: icing sugar*, tapioca starch*, 0.1% lemon oil*.
